Please read carefully to ensure you understand what you are signing up for. I understand that if I do not respond to instructional and confirmation emails as requested, I will not be allowed to volunteer. Emails will come from bettyjoparent@gmail.com. I understand that I MUST arrive to St. John's Hall, 2185 Stavebank Road, Mississauga by 4:30 pm on Saturday, June 07th, unless specifically told to arrive later. If I am late, I may not be allowed to volunteer. Training will start at 4:30 pm I understand that this volunteer role requires polite interaction with guests and some lifting (servers carrying out food etc) I understand that I will NOT be getting any lobster or other food while on site. I understand I should bring my own water bottle (with name on it) to this event. I am not allergic to shellfish I understand that photographs will be taken for promotional purposes. I agree to be photograhed and have my image published (no names will be included)

You can choose the amount of hours you wish to work and the role that you would prefer.
You will have specific clothing requirements for the event, depending on your role. Indicate the length of shift you would like to do. Please note that you CANNOT leave early from your shift, unless offered to you by organizers (and the work is done). Closer to the event we will confirm your hours (we don't need many students staying to the end). I understand that I must wear black pants (jeans are fine but no rips) and comfortable shoes. Colour of shirt will depend on your role (more details below). Roles: Please indicate the role you would prefer. Roles will be finalized two weeks before the event. We cannot guarantee your choice of role.
